Medallion big picture competition terms and conditions
1. Qualification Conditions
No purchase necessary. To enter, you must be 18 or older and a resident greenkeeper, turf manager, turf agronomist or turf consultant in Sweden. You will need access to email to enter. Employees of Syngenta companies and their family members are not permitted to enter.
2. How to enter
Your competition entry must be submitted via email. Entries submitted to us in any other way will not be regarded as valid entries.
3. Entry deadlines
The competition will be judged on the 31st July 2013. You must ensure that your entry is received by us (i.e. you have fully completed and transmitted the email) by 1700 GMT on the 31st July 2013 to be eligible for judging.
4. Judging
One winner will be selected from all entries at the judges' discretion.
5. Prize
The prize is a Go-Pro active digital camera package. No cash alternative will be available. The promoter reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value, should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason.
6. Winning entries
The winner will be notified by telephone or email within 10 days of the respective entry deadlines. The winners names will be available upon request up until 30th June 2014. The prize will be delivered to the winner at our expense within 30 days of the respective entry deadlines. Delivery will be to an address in Sweden only.
7. Publicity
By entering the competition you agree that if you are the winner, you will participate in reasonable promotional activities and that Syngenta may take publicity photographs and interview you and use such images in media publications, as Syngenta sees fit. Syngenta reserves the right to use all images submitted for any publicity and promotional purposes without prior permission
8. Withdrawal of promotion
The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control, or otherwise, with no liability to entrants, the prize winner or other third parties.
9. Liability
The promoter's liability in relation to this competition in respect of the winning entrant shall be limited to the value of the prize. The promoter accepts no liability towards non-winning entrants.
10. Use of personal data
Unless you have provided your personal data to the promoter or its affiliated companies for another purpose, the promoter and its affiliated companies will use the personal data you provide with your entry for the sole purpose of administering and publicising the competition.
11. Intellectual property
By submitting your entry you assign all copyright (and any other intellectual property rights) in your entry to the promoter and you waive your right to assert against the promoter and its affiliated companies any moral rights which you may have in respect of your entry (including the right to be identified as the originator of it). You also indemnify Syngenta against any third party claims against intellectual property rights. You must ask permission from any individuals pictured in your entry before submitting it to the competition.
